A 20+ year HR professional, Jen has an innate ability, combined with decades of experience, getting individuals to see each other's point of view. During her tenure at a global pharmaceutical company, she served as People & Organization Site Head, Global Human Resources Business Partner, and Director of Operations. She led the transformation of workforce processes and facilitated seamless integration during pivotal organizational changes.
Elyssa Horvath, Co-Founder & Program Captainess
Elyssa has been bringing people together since she was a teenager, and professionally for over 25 years as an event producer, professional services marketer, and community philanthropist. She is a connector of people and places, and above all else, passionate about building community. She serves as Chair of the Oak Forest Park Revitalization and developed the Playground for All Abilities, in collaboration with Houston Parks & Recreation Department.
